A real estate development and programme-management professional who takes large corporate, residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion. The work runs across EMEA, with the deepest roots in the United Kingdom and Sub-Saharan Africa: workplace headquarters for global companies, a waterfront hotel, and the branch networks that build out financial infrastructure.
An MBA from Imperial College London brings a finance and strategy lens to that delivery, from the procurement strategy that pulled months out of a giga-project to investment-led development that protects portfolio value. Directed a 20-strong international design team from RIBA Stage 1 to 4 on a 125-key, 30-apartment hospitality development.
