Client-side delivery lead for QIC’s workplace portfolio. Authored the procurement strategy that accelerated the programme four to five months.
Marsh McLennan EMEA Portfolio
Headed the EMEA PMO directing the portfolio across Real Estate, Technology and Operations: 67 facilities handed over in two and a half years.
Four Seasons Hotel
Directed a 20-strong international design team from RIBA Stage 1 to 4 on a 125-key, 30-apartment hospitality development.
JP Morgan Chase EMEA
Led the EMEA corporate real estate portfolio across London, Copenhagen, Lagos and Frankfurt.
MongoDB London HQ
Delivered the 1,300 sqm CAT A/B HQ relocation 12% under budget; transitioned more than 80 staff with zero disruption.
