Two decades supporting corporate clients to shape their real estate portfolio strategy, define the programme and project objectives that flow from it, and build and lead the teams that deliver.
I’m a corporate workplace project delivery specialist working from strategy to handover. My work spans EMEA, with the deepest roots in the UK, the Gulf and Sub-Saharan Africa: headquarters programmes for Google, JP Morgan Chase and MongoDB, the Four Seasons hotel in Lagos, and the branch networks that built out Nigeria’s financial infrastructure. Today I lead pre-construction delivery of Qiddiya Investment Company’s corporate workplace portfolio in Riyadh.
An MBA from Imperial College London adds commercial and strategic depth to a career built on the ground: leading projects in frontier markets, steering multi-stakeholder environments where clients, consultants, contractors and authorities all hold a stake, and handing over CAT A/B fitouts against every baseline of time, cost, scope and quality.

Google Kings Cross HQ
Directed the technical PMO for Google’s Kings Cross HQ through base build to tenant transition, establishing handover processes across dozens of subcontracted work packages and materially reducing handover time.

Directed the EMEA PMO and portfolio across Real Estate, Technology and Operations programmes in the UK, Europe and Africa.

Directed the international design team from RIBA Stage 1 to 4 on a 125-key hospitality development with 30 serviced apartments.
JP Morgan Chase EMEA
Led the EMEA corporate real estate portfolio across London, Copenhagen and Lagos, implementing delivery and governance frameworks across the programmes.
